Our Beliefs

The Word of God

-We believe that the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God

The One True God

- We believe in One God, Who is creator of the heavens and the earth.
Deuteronomy 6:4, Ephesians 4:4-6

- We believe that God has manifested Himself as the Father in creation, the Son in redemption, and the Holy Spirit in regeneration.
- Jesus is God manifest in the flesh.
John 1:1, John 1:14, 1 timothy 3:16, Philippians 2:6-8, Colossians 2:9

Sin and Salvation

- Everyone has sinned and needs salvation.

- Salvation comes by grace through faith based on the atoning sacrifice of Jesus Christ.
Romans 3:23-25, Romans 6:23, Ephesians 2:8-9

- We must believe upon the gospel of Jesus Christ to be saved.
Romans 10:9, John 3:16, Hebrews 11:6

The Gospel

- The saving gospel is the good news that Jesus died for our sins, was buried and rose again.
1 Corinthians 15:1-4

The Plan of Salvation

We obey the gospel when we
- repent of our sins (death),
- are baptized in Jesus’ name (burial),
- by receiving the gift of they Holy Spirit (resurrection).
Acts 2:38, Acts 10:44-48, Romans 6:3-4

Christian Living

- As Christians;, the fruit of the Spirit should be evident in our lives.
Galatians 5:22-23

- Christian living can be summarized by the words of Jesus in Luke 10:27

“Thou shalt love the Lord they God with all they heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbor as thyself.”

Missions

In 2019 New Life Fellowship hosted and supported Missionary Stephen Merritt to New Zealand.

New Life Fellowship also hosted Mike & Lisa Long – Missionaries to Botswana and Zimbabwe.

2017-2018 New Life Fellowship was supportive in conjunction with The Florida District UPCI and Cypress Grove Fellowship in the Haiti mission. Haiti is the poorest country in the western hemisphere. It has been struck by major natural disasters and is overwhelmed by poverty and sickness. There are many orphans in Haiti. Hands for Healing is the medical mission that has been built in Haiti.

NLF has been successful in donating over $2300 to the efforts to build a Florida House in the mission. The Florida House will be housing for the Associates in Missions medical staff during their time in the mission field.

Youth Ministry

Youth is a unique period of life, one filled with exploration, discovery, excitement and fulfillment. The Church Youth Ministry provides a nurturing, loving environment for young people exploring the world. It is a safe place where faith guides exploration and self-discovery.

Children's Ministry

The Gospel has a message for everyone, of every age, and in every language. Exposing your child to the Lord's path when they are young gives them guidance, hope and strength that lasts a lifetime. To learn more, be in touch with one of our Pastors.
